The Bill (Reg. No.3414) regulates legal principles under which the President of Ukraine is liable to suspend the acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; regulates the procedure under which the Constitutional Court of Ukraine determines compliance of a Bill on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine with Articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine; defines the term (two months) for adoption of a procedural resolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine concerning institution of constitutional proceedings.
